simple, but it is a little different than what you might
be used to on other websites. So please, take a couple of
minutes and review the information below before selecting
your items.

Building your custom, hand-made, order takes a little time
(details are in the right column below), but if your dog

Ordering Process |
If
you are ordering multiple items, you will be given
the chance to add each item individually. To begin
your order, click your first
choice below. After completing information
for that item, you will be given the opportunity to
add more items or complete the order process and submit
your order.

BLOCKY
DOGS®
products are individually handmade which necessitates
a certian amount of production time. Production
time has recently been reduced and
we are working toward reducing it even further.
Production is currently running at an estimated
60-75 days from the date payment is received
(this timeframe varies -- you may check in for
updates along the way once your order is in
the production line).
Note: Plain
Regular Flat Collars (without stripes or embroidery)
can be produced in less time.
You
will receive a total for your order and payment
instructions in the confirmation email sent
to you within 24 hrs of BLOCKY

receiving your submitted

| The
sizing of BLOCKY DOGS ®collars runs differently
from other manufacturers. It is important that
you read and follow our sizing
and measuring guidelines when ordering
a BLOCKY DOGS ®collar. |
The
Final Price |
| The
cart will calculate the base price
of your order, but the price it shows you will not include
Embroidery costs, Shipping, or Sales Tax (if applicable,
Ohio residents only). We will send you the final
price with your Order Confirmation, as well
as any instructions needed for the method of payment
you selected. |
Payment
Options |
We
accept PayPal, Personal Checks and Money Orders. Because
your items (except for Apparel) will be custom made
according to your selections, we
cannot begin production on your order until payment
is received.
And to be fair to all of our customers, we do not
do rush orders and cannot jump orders ahead in the
production queue.

made
payable to: BLOCKY DOGS ®.
Orders paid by personal check must be allowed to clear
prior to shipment. Do not send cash. |

Confirmations |
Once
you click SUBMIT, you're done placing the order. Within
24 hours (usually within just a couple hours) you
will receive an email from BLOCKY
DOGS®
containing the details of your order as well as the
total amount (including embroidery, if any), shipping
and any applicable sales tax (Ohio Residents only).

ships anywhere in the world! For one item, shipping
and handling within the U.S.A. is $9-10.00; To Canada
is $25-$28.00; Overseas is $35-$38. Additional items,
shipping/handling will be more, but exact charges
will be specified with your order confirmation.
