If you have not received your
Order Confirmation

BLOCKY DOGS ® will send you an order confirmation within 24 hours. If you do not receive that confirmation please check the following:

  • Your spam, junk or trash mail folder
  • Add rebecca@blockydogs.com to your Contact list or approved senders list
  • Check the list of Blocked senders to see if blockydogs.com accidentally got added there

If you have checked the above, and sent us an email to tell us you did not receive your confirmation, then we may have the wrong email address, or there may be some connection problem between you and us (it happens every once in a while). Check the list below to see if your Shopper ID number is listed.
