This is Justin , Shooter is my boy and has loved his collar since day 1. Unfortunately he lost it in some swampy woods 6-8 mos ago. I just located it by accident 2 days ago. Once recovered it was a mess rusted on the *grip d ring (*see note below) and tag ring, stained totally green and brown in standing water. After some Shout a lil scrubbing and a run thru the wash, this collar is in near perfect shape, lil to no staining, rust was cosmetic only and sanded easily away. The sun did steal some color but it just looks well worn. All the hardware is gleaming and fully functional and all embroidery is still flawless.This collar survived a swamp of putrid water and two full seasons of wet, snowy weather...No other collar I've ever used would have survived this treatment...Thank you for this solid product and I plan on purchasing many more collars and leashes from you in the future.
