"I just wanted to let you know that we received Bella's collar in the mail yesterday...It is just beautiful! It looks beautiful on Bella. I can see why it takes so long to make these collars. It is well constructed. The collar right now is a little big even on the tightest hole. But she...has two more years to fill out. I was afraid of making too short of an accurate measurement. However, I did correctly measure her neck by your instructions. This collar should last her the rest of her life.
