2010 - Largest collar made for a DOG so far: 39" Regular Flat Collar with Split-Stripes for Maddie an English Mastiff. Her brother Hurley's collar is a 37".

Several 38" collars have also been made over the years, some for English Mastiffs and some for Neopolitan Mastiffs.
The collar made for a Black Angus Steer (which can be seen on the "Special BLOCKY DOGS" page) was 45".
